"Fragments of Memory" is a stop-motion short film, created by 6th grade students, that tells the tender and imaginative story of Henry, an elderly man living with dementia. A journey between past and present, between reality and the fragile world of fading memory. His memories unfold through an old, dust-covered album, symbolic objects, and images that come to life, only to fade once again. When everything seems to be slipping away, his granddaughter Lilly, becomes the bridge that reconnects him with everything that he holds dear deep in his heart. A film about loss, the power of memory, and the everlasting imprint of love. A student-made animation that pays tribute to families who have lived or are living with dementia.
